To achieve the right balance, we have learned to think about quality systematically. At the very earliest stage of quality awareness, we have heard the voice of the customers more clearly, while stabilizing their lighting needs and promoting greater transparency about quality problems. These practices have helped us perfecting our operational procedures, and have always set a new target of standards so that quality standards inform the design of products and the management of supply contracts taking us towards perfection and we maintain that quality standards and always update ourselves.
